The gentleman arrived early (called in advance) and upon … More inspection, my gutters were frozen. Now this gentleman was honest and rescheduled my cleaning for the afternoon of a future date. This is when I had the pleasure to meet Chuck! Great service, thorough and absolutely pleasant. I asked Chuck for a favor to please check my dryer exit vent. I paid another company months prior to clean the vent and they did an absolutely horrid job. Chuck without hesitation climbed 28 feet on 4 separate occasions to not only check but also clean the vent completely out!!! I immediately signed up for their roof touch up service. With the pictures from this company attached to my invoice and assurance of my satisfaction, I will definitely use this company (Chuck) for my gutter cleanings and if I have any concerns with my roof in the future. My faith in contractors has been renewed.
