AHC reserves the right to adjust the estimate based upon the following:
- Site visit
- Roof pitch or steepness
- Existing quantity of roofing layers
- Ability to roof load new shingles
- Existing pipes and ventilation systems
- Roof complexity
- The existing roof must be asphalt or going back with asphalt
- Does not include flat roofs
- Does not include replacement of existing plywood or planking, this will be quoted on-site at the time of installation

AHC did a great job replacing our roof. Josh Dunevant coordinated everything to give a very competitive rate and also submitted all the required paperwork for insurance. He was friendly and knowledgeable about products, the various options and upgrades, and the process. He was patient and did not apply high pressure to close the deal like some of the other companies I got quotes from. Overall, they did a great job with the roof, skylight, and gutter replacement finishing in. Just a day. Would highly recommend Josh and AHC.

American Home Contractors got back to me to set up a consultation/quote the same day and by day 2, Shaun (project coordinator) came by and explained options and pricing. They only needed $100 deposit (compared to my next door neighbor who paid $2000 deposit for their roof). The materials came when they said they would, as did the crew. Very professional and well coordinated operations. Got my new roof within 2 wks of first contact, which is super fast. Roof looks great (it’s been 5 mo and no issues). Pricing was middle of the road.
