Window Installation Process and Steps

1. You will receive a call to set an appointment to do an exact measurement of your windows for production purposes.
2. We will order your windows. When we receive them in our warehouse, we will inspect them for quality and accuracy. We will then call to set an appointment for the installation.
3. We can generally install up to 30 windows in one day.
4. We ask that you remove your curtains or drapes and back the furniture away from the windows.
5. We will remove the windows starting with the storm windows and work our way toward the inside.
6. Your interior trim will not be disturbed.
7. The frames of the windows are anchored with 4-3" screws hidden by the blind stops.
8. We adjust the center of the frame width by turning the butterfly.
9. The sashes and screens are installed in the frame.
10. The exterior wood brick molds are capped to the dimension of the brick mold or window trim with a vinyl coated aluminum coil stock, custom bent and molded to your window on the job site.
11. We caulk and seal the exterior and interior of the window to keep out air and water.
12. Finally, we will vacuum the floor and clean around the workspace.

Please remove any valuables hanging on your walls as they may become unstable during the construction process. 

If you have a security system, we will remove the wiring and contacts.
Please call your security company to re-install the system.
